visa restamping

hi,

I am a H4 visa holder and
I have quiry regarding H1 & H4 Visa restamping:

I am planning to visit India near Diwali and going for restamping interview. My Husband holds H1 and he is not travelling with me. We both have I-797 extension for our visas till 2010. My husband doesn't have this new visa stamped on his passport,but has approved extension. Now my question is
1. Can I go alone for visa restamping eventhough my husband doesn't have his visa stamped on his passport (My husband will be in US and not going out of the US)???
