Leapfrog -- Query

hi All,

I am planning to do a leapfrog by getting out of US on 3rd week of September and coming back on 2nd week of October on my L1 visa (which is valid till jun 09). This is to make sure that my COS doesn't happen on Oct 1 and I have some time to search for a job when I am back on my L1. I have only one question(I searched and couldn't get a answer)

1. Will there be any questions in Port of Entry regarding the H1 visa ?
2. Do I need to carry any documents related to H1 visa or/and L1 visa?

You must carry L1 petition.

they will not ask. Even if they ask, you have nothing to be worried about as you are not trying to do anything illegal. This is the last action rule and nothing illegal about entering on a different status.
