H1-B holder working for US-based company overseas

Hi,

I have worked under H1-B in USA since 2003. My family, wife and first child, accompanies me in H-4 status and I have purchased a home and my 2nd child has born in US. I have a pending PERM application with DOL and want to know if I can transfer myself to my company office in Libya while being under H1-B. Is it going to jeopardize my DOL application?
