Do I need fresh H1B stamping after changing to a new company

I got my first 3 year term - H1B stamped through my previous company in Canada and it is valid until Oct-2009. I recently changed to a different company and this new company holds my H1B now. So, my question is if I travel outside US, do I need to get fresh stamping with the new company to re-enter back into US even though the previous visa is valid till Oct'09 ?

No

You don't have to get a new visa stamped if your current I94 is valid till oct 2009. You can just show your current visa and the new I797 frm your new employer and get a new I 94, at the port of entry.
