Hello Subramanyam and alll....... i am in need of your help and suggestion... my h1 was rejected in oct 2005 bcos of the indian company i had experience from thinking that its a **** exp...and issued a 221g white... Now i am planning to apply for a h4 visa...will my previous rejection have any affect on this??? will i be rejected h4 bcos of the previous h1 rejection....please reply..
