with in Howmany days I need to travel to USA

Hi
My H1 visa got stamped and it is valid upto 10/2010.
Currently i am not in a position to travel immediatly. I am planning to travel in FEb 2009.My visa stamped date is march 2008.
could you please any one tell me withing how many days i need to trave aftef visa is stamped.
If it is dely where I need to go for stamping again??

Any day before the visa expires provided you have a latest employment offer indicating your new start date.
