My I -14 got denied because company A attorney did not put the job notice at the right job site,Later I filed for H-1B transfer from company A to B.My cos for that was denied, I had to leave the country.Luckily I got H-1B and I am back in US. Now I am getting a chance to get in to PhD in US.I wonder if I should file for COS to F-1, How far my prior I-14 denial would effect my chances of getting F-1.What are the consequences if I dont, Would I loose my H-1B status.
