My employer dint give me these documents :(

1)UNEMPLOYMENT WAGE REPORT
2)notarized list of employees
3)Education Evaluation Documents
4)W2 documents

Are these documens needed for the interview..?will it cause any problem if I donot carry these documents with me?planning to go for interview this month

plz suggest me.. am concerned.. help me

Documents 1 , 3 , 4(if you worked in USA before on H1B then W2 is needed otherwse not) is must. ask your employer to send it.

Thank you so much OMM for your response .. I would ask my employer for these documents...

I infact asked these documents .. but they say those are optional.. if a query comes then we shall send it at that point of time.

No, its must , that means your employer don't know process of H1B well..
optional documents like your bank statement means balance in india, but education evalution is not optional and even wadge report.. thats the basic requierments..

If query comes then they are ready to send the document.

Is it a mandatory document?
This document is no where mentioned in VFS web site ( Mandatory documents as well as supporting documents )

But still why VO is asking for these documents? why?
