H1B - Right time to enter US

Hi All,

My H1B is approved and planning for visa interview. I have applied for H1B through a consultancy. Now my employer is asking me to wait for some more time as they don't have projects right now and they are telling market condition so bad. If enter USA, I am going to be on bench which is very risky.

1. Any one facing the same problem with their employers? please tell me.

2. How is the market situation for H1B now?

Generaly in H1B , you can enter into USA from 1st oct 2008 but if you want to travell before then you can travel end of sept, means 7days before you may travell.. best luck

If the employer does not want you here now, you better follow it. They get to decide when a job is available for you. Bench without salary is something that is illegal.
