I have my aproved petition with me. I am planning to travel to India next month. Is it necessary to stamp my h1 in India? what all documents needed for that?

Yes you need stamping to re-enter US. Home country is preferable for stamping as many times other countries may redirect you to home country.

depends.
if your skillset and experience is enough good then you are safe BUT
most of the time, its an employer who is responsible for rejection. If an employer fails to funish all required documents then you may get 221(g).
If employer is reputed one then again you are safe.
