Not Fill IN DS-156 No. 35 & 36 . Urgent

Hi seniors,
day after tommorow me & my wife going to attending First Time VISA stamp , I fill my DS-156 form well,
But I made mistake in my wife's Form Ds-156
1, No. 35, Has you US Visa ever been Cancelled or revoked ( I not fill this, I forgot it to fill)
2, No. 36, Has anyone filed immigrant visa Petition On your behalf? ( I also not fill this in my wife's DS-156.

Please possible to senior tell me any problem at Consulate? or it's ok they will ask us and change it in the system of them??

I have interview on 10th Sep 2008.
