Currently I'm on L1B working for company A. Applied for H1B through company B with COS.

I'm planning Leap frog. I'll be out from the US on 29 Sept and will be back on Oct 10.

Should I inform my H1B employer about my plans ?

Whatever your answer is, please give me proper reasons. Thanks.

What proper reason are you looking for? You are the best judge as to why you want to continue on L1.

i want to continue on L1 because the market in down now and most importantly, I've some project committments.

Could you tell me if I should inform my H1 employer or not ?
