Restamping H1 (after employer change) while travelling outside US

Hi All,

I have a valid H1 stamped (till 2009) from company - A however I changed company (company B) and got a valid I-797 which is valid till 2011.

I have to travel outside US; do I have to get my VISA restamped or can I travel and re-eneter on the basis of I-797/ Pay stubs and a letter from my current company (company-B) ? Since my VISA from Company-A is still valid.

Any pointers would be appreciated.
