Visa Stamping from Mexico

In the section - Visa Stamping from Mexico - in the [Mexican Permit and
Visa]:

it says that "The process for getting a Mexican visa is not described
here in detail as you are not supposed to get it for visa stamping
purposes at the border"

Can you please explain that , we can't have H1b stamping done if we have got mexican visa stamped. Or for H1b stamping purposes, we are not allowed to get Mexican visa?

Please let me know.

That means, if you are going to Mexico for H1B visa stamping, you don't
need Mexican visa.

Just a quick question: So I don't need any kind of visa to go for Stamping purpose (as told by website and friends).My only concern is that if I got Stuck in Mexico due to some reason for 45 days, than to be prepared for that condition, What should I do?

Mexican visa is not required, but you should get Mexican permit.
