    H1 Rejections happens if USCIS believes that either you or the job is not bona-fide.

    Demand for L1B is increased due to limited quota in H1B category.
    So, companies are applying for L1B visa as an alternative. Thats the reason for L1B rejection. So far rejection rate for Individual L1A is normal.

    I got approval letter of H1 petetion and due for stamping. Can anyone tell me the hit ratio.
    What is the probability of visa getting rejected now.
    Is the reject ratio as bad as L1?
    If anyone experienced it please let me know.
