H1B Transfer Please help

HI ,I hold a H1B from Company A.I was in USA with that company for 1 year till Oct 2007.Am still working with the same company but wanted to transfer my H1B.

Am in India from Oct 2007 .I have USA payslips till Dec 15,2007.

Suggestions appreciated .Thanks in advance
