H4 Early Appointment - Before Marriage

Before marriage, I filled application on [08-SEP-2008].
I am getting married on Monday [29-Aug-2008]
Got Appointment Date for my spouse H4 visa on [06-Oct-2008].


Clarification:
In DS 156 – Section 17[Marital Status] “Married”.
In DS 156 – Section 41 [Declaration] Date: “8-SEP-2009”

Because of these two sections, I am nervous/concern about our Marital Status on “8-SEP-2008”. According to filled application date 8-SEP-2009 we are not legally get married status. However, our engagement was on 22-MAY-2008.


Question
Is that VISA Officer will raise the question regarding this?
Is there any chance to get rejected for H4 Visa?

Please share your experience if you had a similar one.

No problem with that. If you want to be right, just update some info on the DS156 and it inserts the new date in the field automatically.

My spouse application modification validity expired (more than 7 days) through VFS Indian website.

I am more nervous and tensed.

It is okay. No need to get tensed. If you wish, she could sign and date it again by sticking off the printed date. It is not something one needs to worry about.
