A situation in H4

My wife's full name in Marriage certificate is - xxxx yyyy
yyyy is her father's name.
Using this marriage certificate my in-laws applied to add my name as spouse name in my wife's passport.
In the process they ended up applying for a new passport as it takes lesser time than making the change in the old passport.
Somehow they added my first name(zzzz) as surname and my full name as spouse name in her new passport.

Now her full name as per new passport is - xxxx zzzz
and as per marriage certificate it is - xxxx yyyy

Old passport has yyyy as her surname.

Will this lead to any issues in the interview ?
BTW, in case if the VO denies to grant H4 to her, shall I make the name change in either of the document later and reappear for the interview ?

Marriage certificate better reflect what is there in the current PP. There was a person that had the problem and posted on the forum may be a month ago and was asked to get it changed. Look for the post if you want to.
