I am indian by citizen and live in Doha,Qatar for the past 3 yrs on a work a visa.
Due to insufficient pages in my passport i opt for an additional booklet and a new passport was issued to me by the indian embassy in doha, Qatar .
My I-797 is approved. Can I proceed for my h1b stamping interview in india, as application centre says 'The state of residence should be the last state where you have lived for at least six months'
and I have been residing in doha for last six months but i am citizen of India.What state should be selected for the interview.
