Reapplying as H1 is denied after selected in lottery

My H1 petition was selected in lottery and they had a query regarding my application. Query is related to consultancy and our attorney is saying that we can reapply. I would like to know the possibilities of getting H1 approved after it got denied.

You mean appeal the denial?

As ususal, your employer/attorney is being unclear, appeal the denial or reapply again in APR09?
