my wife will be coming to usa in the month of november...
(she has h4 visa....her h1 got approved when she went to india due to unavoidabale situation )

1) Can she come over here on h4 (not mentioning about h1)
2) Will her h1 gets cancelled at the port of entry.?
3) Will she have any issues if we apply for COS - ammendment

Can anyone please help me

My wife came to usa on H4 visa. We applied for her H1 visa in april2008.

Due to some family reasons she travelled to india while her h1 is under processing in August.

After she left to india, her h1 got approved. She is india now.

my questions;

1) Can she travel to usa on H4 visa

2) If she has to start work on H1 does she needs to get stamped or can she apply for change of status.
