H4 to H1 Question

Hi Experts, I need your advise pls...

My wife was on h4 when she entered US 2 years back and now applied for COS to h1 and approved.

In case if she wanted to convert back to h4 in US itself what are the documents required, Is it required to have her paystubs submitted or only my paystub required.

Pls let me know.

If she has already entered into H1b status, she will be asked for they pay stubs with a greater probability for a COS unless she travels out and enters back on a H4 immediately not accumulating out of status periods on H1b by not working and by not getting paid.
