Urgent!!! H4 Visa + No objection letter from current employer

Hi,

I am staying in US on H1. My wife is planning to come here on H4. But she is currently employed in a company in India. We do not wish to resign her job and come. Is it necessary that she must get a no - objection letter from her current employer or Can we mention that she is not employed currently.

Who says a NOC is needed? It does not matter for a H4. You need not lie on the visa application for that reason.
