H1B Re-stamping with new employer

Hello,

I have a valid H1B visa stamping (valid till Mar 2010) from my previous employer; I have changed my employer and have a valid I-797 petition (I-797A, Notice of Action) and I-94 from my new employer. Should I get my visa re-stamped (with my new employer) to re-enter US (from India)? Please clarify.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.
