I am in USA my employer can revoked or cancle my visa? he/she told me yes they can cancle my visa because I am going to transfer job so, thanks

The employer can revoke their petition. That does not mean your visa on the passport is canceled or it stops your transfer if filed before your status expires or you lose your previous job.
