L1 Visa Validity after H1 Stamped

Hi

I currently at India only and I have B1/B2 and L1 visas with Company A and L1 still valid till 2011 and I went to US on this L1 visa for 3 months and came back to India. And I got H1 approved from company B in this year quota and planning for stamping to Chennai.

Here my question is still my L1 visa is valid after I got stamped H1? After H1 stamped can I go to US with L1 visa to work for Company A?

The VO at their discretion can cancel the L1 visa if you get H1b stamped as both of them are work visas. You are going for a H1b stamping saying that a job is readily waiting for you in the US, why is there a need for L1 then?
