OPT issue

Hello Friends,

I have one issue. I came here on F1 Visa on Jan 2006 and I graduate on May 2007. I was on O.P.T. from April 2007 to Sep 2007 and then from oct 2007 I was on H1.

Now, my issue is that in my o.p.t time period(May 2007 to Sep 2007), I dont have any pay stub as well as I dont have any employment latter from my employer.

Now, following are my questions.

1.I am planning to go for my H1 visa stamping, Will that be the issue?
2.I also want to apply for my green card, Will that be the issue?

Work on OPT was optional at that time. You will be fine as long as you were working during the H1b period and have proof of W2 and paystubs.
