Got New Passport. Visa in old passport, going to India., do i need to get it stamped

Hi,

I have valid H1B visa till 2009. But as passport expired., i got a new(renewed) Indian passport through India Consulate in USA. I am going to India for vacation., Please advise if i need to go for stamping again.
