Visa rejection in Mexico - Anyone?

Hi,
I would like to know what happens if the visa (H1) is denied in Mexico if the applicant is not a Mexican citizen. Will they allow to re-enter US? Anybody has their visa denied in Mexico and what we could do in that situation?

If you do not have another valid visa status to use to reenter the US, you must return to your home country from Mexico without reentering the US.
