Don't want to work on H1 visa

Hello,

I've done leapfrog and do not want to work on H1 visa. I'm back to the US on L1 visa.
What should I tell the H1 consultant for not working on H1 ?

Nothing. Ensure you have the approval number or copy of approval just in case you want to be on H1b with another employer later on to prove your cap count.
