I changed my co. do I need another stamping?

Hi Guys- I got my H1 stamped from Canada when I was with my previous consulting firm. I changed my consulting firm couple of months back for a project. Do I need to get my H1 stamped again? If yes, can I get it done in Delhi?
I will highly appreciate advice. Thanks.

---- Anyway if your visa is valid there is no need of getting it stamped. However, if you travel overseas while coming back to the US present your new I-797 for a new I-94 at the POE. This enables you to get a I-94 till the vlaidity period of I-797 of the new company
