H1 transfer in Oct

HI , I got my H1 from L1 on COS this year from company A to B and started working on H1 from 1st oct for company B , I got another offer from company C who are ready to transfer my H1 but I don't have payslips right now will get it in 1st week of nov , that's when my current employer will run the payslips. So I only have my L1 payslips and no payslips for oct , what should I do ? plz advice..

Wait till you get the pay stub to have the transfer filed.

Stop hopping jobs and maintaining stable jobs gives your resume a decent value than running from one employer to another. They are all waiting to catch their H1b prey like vultures promising many things while the reality could be different..
