H1B Transfer - Tax Calculation mistake

Hi Senior,
I have submitted my latest paystubs for h1b transfer from company A to Company B.

Company A unware of the transfer, Inspite of that they say they have made some mistake in tax calculation of the last 2 months paystub. Does this affect the h1b transfer with company B.

No, it won't affect your H1B Transfer case at all. That is totally different thing.
