Some fees can legally be paid by the employee. Your employer is advancing them to you and recovering them from your earnings. Verify that the fees can be paid by employee and either pay up front or make arrangements with the employer.

Why should IRS return any fee that your employer pays to USCIS? It does not make any sense.

Hi All,
I had just change employer, a new employer asking me that he will deduct H1 transfer and attorney fee from my salary.
- I heard that a government (IRS) will return H1 transfer fee to employer after few month, is it right?

- What can I do, please suggest me.
