TX H1B- PAROLED I94 Expriy

Hi all,

I have been issued 221G at CIDUAD JAUREZ,Mexico.

At Additonal information field ,the VO written to wait for their call.

I entered into US with on PAROLED I-94 which was given until Nov 6th.

It has been four weeks i haven't received any call and not sure if i can still wait for the Call in US even after Nov 6th.

So can some one help me with your suggestion?

whether i can still be in US even after expiry of PARLOED I-94

OR do i need to go back to india before Nov 6th?

You cannot remain in US after the I-94 expires. You can try to extend the date on the I-94 going to the nearest CBP port of entry and explaining your case. If not, I would say leave the country and get a visa stamp in your home country.
