Hi to all and Txth1b,
I am on H1b visa since 1year, I heared that it's possible to migrate to canada from usa. if you are h1b holder then easy to get immigration visa for canada within 6months. I'm thinking that here market is bad then why not I will migrate to canada?? even my company gives me layoff.
so, its true that any H1b holder will apply for immigration to canada from inside USA?

Yes, refer to the official Canadian immigration web page and all instructions are clearly mentioned along with forms.

It takes 18-24 months though not 6 months. Some provinces had special programs targetting H1b holders and promise a 12 month turnaround. Do your research.
