H1 Transfer -Immediate help Reqd

Hi,

I am in comapny A.
Company A is planning to take me back to India.
I had a offer from company B.
Company B is going to transfer my H1 through normal processing.
Within this transfer time if I go to India along with my dependents then
1. Is their problem with visa transfer?
2. Can I return to US on company A visa while B visa is still in process?
3. If I have to come on visa from company B then which docs I need to show on port of entry?
4. Is their any problem with my dependents visa during this process?

Please help me ASAP since I had a short timeline.

Travel during pending H1b transfer should be avoided. To return and work for company B, you would need the approval notice of B at POE.
