Hi,

I am in US in H1 and I would like to sponser for my parents. I found that one of the document required is W2 and returns. I came to US after April 2008 and obviously have not filed tax return. Next W2 due is Jan 31st but I wish to have my parents by Jan 2009. Considering this scenario, shall I still invite my parents with all other documents except W2?

In that case, you don't have to provide what you don't have. Just provide any other proof of your income.

No, as long as you have enough money to really sponsor them.
