I am working on a H-1B visa. My company just moved to a new physical location 5 miles away in the same metro area. The prevailing wages and other requirement for LCA ETA 9035 remains same. I am working with the same company in the same position and capacity. The only change has been address of the company. Do I or my company needs to file a updated ETA 9035 (LCA) form or update USCIS about the change of address of the company?
