H1B Visa Stamp issue - Mumbai

Hello,

I currently have a valid petition for Company A but my visa stamp on my passport has expired. Now I have got an offer from company B and I need to join the company in Jan based on the receipt no. (I would not have the petition)

Now I plan to go to India in December, so at that time I would have resigned from my current employer before I leave, I would have the petition from my current employer A.

Can I still get my visa stamp done based on the company A's petition ? Will they know that I have changed jobs ?

Are there any legal issues ?
Could the employer A revoke my H1 ? And does the revoking process take place spontaneously ?
Will I have problem when entering US ?

PLEASE REPLY...I will be going to India after a long time...

It is illegal to apply for a visa using the approval of a company that you no longer work for. Go with PP on the new company transfer right now and travel with that for a visa stamp.
