H1B denied.In how much time can i reappeal

Hi,
Iam on OPT and my employer applied for H1 this year and it was selected in the Masters quota.But H1 was denied,and the employer didnt give any reason for it,nor reappealed it.
I want to know in how much time can i reappeal it??
Can i reappeal it now and what are the charges for it and proceedure..Please help.

30 days after the denial is the limit for appeal or MTR.
