visa stamping in canada

This is my first thread here
I got an H1 last October, and i would like to stamp it in Canada.
I tried to contact the embassy in Ottawa, got no answer.
I asked my employer, he doesn't know as well.
This might be the last attempt before consulting an attorney
Anyone has experienced such issue?

What is the issue? Just follow the procedure on immihelp or talk to a lawyer.
