h1b stamping query

Hi,

I applied for h1b for this year through an Indian consultant. H1b got approved and the consultant sent the scanned copy of that. I want to go for stamping. But this consultant is not sending the papers till now. He continues to delay and says that the paper will arrive soon. Do you have any suggestion why he is delaying to send the paper soon? Also in the approval paper, it says that the current number of employees as 2. But this consultant says that he got approval of h1b for more than 10 people. Is that possible?. Kindly reply.

The delay is warranted as the job market is bad. It is his choice as to when he wants to employ you.

Better this than going to the US and having no client to work with.
