H4 visa interview and Economic slow down

Hi guys,

My wife is going for H4 visa interview this week at Chennai consulate.

Just wanted to check with you guys, are there cases of H4 rejection / delay due to the bad economic conditions in US?

I have prepared all the docs listed in immihelp and sent them to my wife. Are they asking for any more docs than those listed in immihelp? Please let me know. Thanks.

spouse's name endorsed on passport

Thanks. can I ask you guys 2 more questions.

Do we need to have spouse's name endorsed on my wife's passport?

Also in my wife's passport, Given Name has both the first name & last name. In DS-156, is it okey to fill them as First Name & Last Name. Thanks.
