H-4 Visa Help

Hello:
I need some help regarding H-4 Visa.

I'm on H-1B and going to india for marriage and also I will do my H-B extension. I figured out that I can take my wife along with me to visa consulate for both my extention and H-4 visa for my wife.

Now my questions are:

Do I need to pay 2 seperate Visa receipt fees from HDFC bank..one for me and one for my wife?

or I can pay 1 recipt for me and add my wife's information to it?

Visa fee is per person. And you are on H1b?

Ya! I'm on H-1B currently in USA. Going to India and I will do H1B extension as well as H4 visa for my wife.

You need to take two separate HDFC receipts.
