h4 turning 21 years old

my daughter(on h4 visa) turns 21 in october 2009. our i140 is approved, but the priority dates are not current. her h4 extension is only valid till her 21st date of birth. if she changes from h4 to f1, will her i140 approval be cancelled. what are her options

There is no I140 approval for dependents to be cancelled.
