Reg H1 Visa Stamping

Hello Friends,

I am planning to get my H1B Visa stamped in Mexico. I have a small concern.

1. I got my initial stamping in London US Consulate.

Can I go to Tijuana US Consulate to have my Visa stamped or I have to go to INDIA to get my Visa Stamped.

... go to Mexico. Do understand that if they reject your application, you're now not in your home country and your comfort level will be different.

Its clearly stated "Who Can Apply in Mexico

Applicants seeking to renew their visa in any category except B1/2 (tourist/business), if the initial visa was issued in the applicant's home country. "

You can cross check for Tijuana consulate, but this is the general rule for applying in Mexico..I wouldnt recommend it ( I'm not an Immi attorney...its just my opinion based on legal background tho)
