Not getting any reply embassy

Hi,

After drop all the documents at New Delhi embassy in mentioned 221g green slip, after one month I mailed, they replied

"Your case is pending for the further desk review".

Now two months has been completed, i mailed twice but i did not get any response.

Is there anybody in same boat?

Should I expect any hope or not?

My case is still in admin process, two days before i got reply.
If u want to know about ur status, send mail to embassy.

When did u attended Interview and when did u dropped additional documents at VFS.
Is this your first H1 or H1 VISA extension?

Hi,

I have attended interview on 25th of sept, 2008, first time i dropped docu. on 17 oct, 2008, second time same docs. they asked again, i droped 3rd of march 2009, then after a month i mailed them they reply still in admin process.

So according to my exp. there is no time limit for admin process, depends on your fate.That's all.

No update till today

I will wait for 2-3 days and mail again

I tried phone also but no one answering.

I do not know what will be the result.

Two days before i mailed to embassy, they replyed that still my case is in Mandatory Admin Process.

Till deny we can keep hope.
