Not getting any reply embassy

After drop all the documents at New Delhi embassy in mentioned 221g green slip, after one month I mailed, they replied

"Your case is pending for the further desk review".

Now two months has been completed, i mailed twice but i did not get any response.

Is there anybody in same boat?

Should I expect any hope or not?

---- Be patient, you will get the visa. It may take a little time, but nevertheless you will be victorious

Wait... wait.. wait.. 221g slip doesn't means that you are rejected for visa!!!
you have to wait until Admin process is done, you will sure heard soon by Embassy.

20 days before, they called to my employer (US) regarding my position. Process is going on, but i did not get any reply.
