H4 DS156 Questions Doing MS on H4. Please advice

Answer yes and it is perfectly legal to study on H4 than lie on an immigration form.

Hello Forumers,

I am trying to get an appointment for my wife to get her H4 renewed at Chennai consulate and am in the process of filling her DS156. She is enrolled in MS program in a university while she is on H4.
Now there are certain questions on DS156 are throwing me into confusion. The following are those questions:

#20. Are you employed or studying? ( “yes” or “n o” ) ( Name and address of present employer and school )
#21. Present occupation ( “Housewife or student” )
#33. Do you intend to study in the US? ( yes or no )

Given her situation, I Will I have to answer "Yes" that she is attending a school and has the intention to study.

I just want to get the opinions of other who may have gone through a similar situation or are aware of any negative consequence of doing so?
